The New Zealand fighter registered nearly twenty pounds more compared to the British boxer as each big men displayed self-assured figures - even if in different manners - for this weekend's headliner in the capital.

Kiwi Joseph Parker is risking his WBO 'interim' belt and opportunity to compete for the world title at stake versus the unbeaten Fabio Wardley at the premier boxing arena.

Unified heavyweight champion Usyk has indicated his intention to defend his four belts against the winner.

"It all comes down to this. This means all," stated a determined but zoned-in Fabio Wardley, 30, at yesterday's pre-fight ritual.

The British contender - who holds the WBA interim strap - registered at seventeen stone five pounds, in line with his recent bouts.

"This is the one prior to the one. All the work is completed. Camp is completed. The intense training is put in. Let's get some relaxation now. Huge occasion coming up," he stated further.

The historic venue in the capital's east witnessed beyond market goods on the weighing platform as the both fighters faced off for the final time before fight night.

Joseph Parker winked at the lenses and moved along to the beat.

Flexing his physique, he appeared imposing and strong as he registered at 18st 10lb, just a handful of pounds lighter than his heaviest ever.

It is a significant difference from the sixteen stone twelve pound version who surrendered his championship to AJ in the year 2018.

"We are cautious, we are careful, but I will to match him blow for blow and I will reach him," Parker declared.

Wardley, wearing an Ipswich Town jersey, maintained a straight face, acknowledged the fans, but seemed focused.

Although he is the smaller man, Fabio Wardley has exceptional KO strength. He produced a remarkable comeback against his opponent in last June, behind on the scorecards before defeating his opponent in the final round despite being outmaneuvered for the majority of the fight.

"Joseph Parker, his camp and boxing fans will learn I belong to be at the peak of this heavyweight ranks," Fabio Wardley affirmed.

"Every opponent has been the boxer critics claim will defeat me. Here we are again. His attributes include superior speed, too fast, too experienced. But I remain unbeaten so far, and no one will shift tomorrow night."
